XPX Fairfield County Member Andrew Karlen shares his experience with certifications. He holds a CExP certifications from the Business Enterprise Institute (BEI? as well as a certificate from the Family Firm Institute (FFI). He talks about the rigor of the process to become certified and how he uses the methodology in just about all engagements in his law practice which serves private and/or family-run businesses.
